Shipping and Delivery
In most instances your order is printed and custom-made when ordered.
Order processing times:
Framed Prints: 8-12 Business Days
Unframed Prints (Print-Only): 4-8 Business Days
Please allow for ample processing time for your needs, as these are estimates and can fluctuate on factors out of our internal control. We make our best efforts to service orders as promptly as possible.
U.S, Canadian, and all International customers
Cost is calculated at checkout. FedEx or DHL Express.

Once your package is delivered by the carrier, we at Margo Ducharme | ART are no longer responsible for the package. We insist on having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package, and handle it with care.
Preorder items will be processed and dispatched in full once the preorder items become available, commencing from the date specified upon the relevant product page.

Shipping timelines are in addition to our order processing timelines above, are best estimates based on and contingent on the shipping agency.
US Orders:
Ground Shipping: 2-7 Business Days
2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days
Overnight: 1 Business Day
Canada Orders:
FedEx International: 2-7 Business Days
International Orders (Outside of the US + CA):
DHL Express Worldwide: 5-15 Business Days
Taxes and Duties
The price of our items does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fees prior to completing your online purchase.
International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 20% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Your purchase is made to order for you. However, if you wish to return your art please email us at art@margoducharme.com within 10 days of receipt and we will review if there are available options for return. If accepted, all returns are processed as store credit solely. All un-framed and/or framed art sized 20 x 30 inches or larger are final sale as they are unable to be restocked. Our return policy is superseded by promotions, including but not limited to final sale items.
Return requests as a result of damages from delivery: please send clear photographs of any and all damages to packaging, including an image of the box with the damage, a visible shipping label, and an image of the artwork in an email to art@margoducharme.com within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must have obtained an authorization number via email before being sent back for processing.
Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. Provide tracking information once available.
We require the return of any items approved by us for exchange, before the replacement items are dispatched. Any variation in product price or additional shipping fees incurred due to change of mind must be paid in full before the exchange is completed and shipped.
Margo Ducharme | ART reserves the right to refuse transactions, shipments, and returns on all orders.
